ifconfig and output

need some help interpreting: i'm running ltm 8900, v10.2.4 ifconfig -a displays eth 0, eth 0.1 and eth0:mgmt   trying to understand how all three were created and where in the GUI is eth0 configur...

The management interface is not visible from the GUI interface list. You can configure the management interface IP address/subnet/default gateway under System -> Platform.

    understood. but, from the appliance CLI/bash, i'm seeing eth0, eth0.1 and eth0:mgmt...just wondering why
