You can achieve this by setting ratio to Pool Member(minimum available as per requirement)

 

Pool

 

Pool_mem1 : VLAN 1 --> 5 Pool_mem2 : VLAn2 --> 5 POOL_mem3 : VLAN 1 --> 2 POOL_mem4 : VLAn2 -->2
