If I have a domain suppose www.xyz.com and if the top level URL is xyz.com , then how loadbalancing works?

Right now I have a URL www.xyz.com pointing to www.iws.xyz.com ( wideip name ) and under it I have 3 datacenters o which traffic to routed based on RR fashion. So its a GTM----->>LTM set up. Now user...
