iControl with Radius

I'm getting quite confused whether I can have an RBAC for iControl for BIG-IP 12.1.0 Build 2.0.1468 Hotfix HF2 with my F5's that are integrated with Radius for authentication.

 

The local admin accounts works perfectly fine but when I create a user using the following articles. None of them worked for me.

 

 

I even tried to add an admin user using tmsh and still that wouldn't work.

    Consider using the Token-Based Authentication, which became available from BIG-IP version 12.0. You do not need to pre-configure anything. The method is described in the API documents obtainable from iControl REST Home.
