iControl REST (iCR) - External Authentication

iControlREST doesn't seem to be working directly when the user needs to authenticate via TACACS or any other external auth system (11.5.x). I understand that there is a bug id associated with this. ...

AFAIK, iControl REST is not officially supported in releases prior to 11.6.0 so I wouldn't bet on any bugfixes for the 11.5 branch...
