iControl question about user sessions, closing icontrol sessions
Hopefully there is an iControl expert on here. I'm having a problem and tech support resolution is not satisfying me. We use iControl to make calls to the LTM to monitor the state of vips, pools, etc externally. Apparently there is a default max user limit of 50. Tech support seemed to imply that it was 50 users over a 30 minute (
Can anyone explain to me if this is accurate and how iControl closes connections? I believe we are using Powershell to call the iControl. Is there any call to force close a connection?

This may help a little bit if you are on v11: https://devcentral.f5.com/articles/v11-icontrol-sessions.

I don't see a "session_close" option...is that not available?

Is that a global session or the individual session timeout value? What about transaction_timeout? Maybe that's the individual value?

I am still struggling with this as my dev department is not quick to make changes. I am unfamiliar with scripting. Can someone post the code I would need (and method) to temporarily increase the max sessions. Like one script to increase them and another to return the max amount to normal? I can then run it when I need to do something.
