ICMP/TCP Deny on Pool Down

I know this topic was discussed some time ago but i have not yet seen any solid answers, and am wondering if it made it to a feature request.     I want to be able to automatically deny the tcp ...

And that is part of the problem, we dont want it to make the 3-way or respond to icmp as this is what the site selector polls to see the availability of the service. Thanks anyway guys, i'll see what support have to say.
