iApp: nodes in common, vs in partition error 010716c8

Hi!

We have an iApp that created some nodes in /Common and VS and Pools in a partition.

That worked fine with release 11.3 but now with 11.5.1 it fails with an error like this:

010716c8:3: Application service /HostedServices/my.app/my cannot own Node /Common/node1 in a different partition.

Is it normal? Is there a workaround? (other than manually creating the nodes outside the iAPP)
