Are you connecting to uat.abc.com or 10.10.20.5 ? There may or may not be host header based configuration at the server level that could cause the issues.

Did you execute CURL to the VIP and the domain name and check the results ? Do you see counters increasing on the pool members to confirm that the data is being sent to the pool members ?

I am assuming that you have the following setup: 10.10.20.5:443 is the VS

and the pool attached to VS has the following members: 10.10.10.1:8080 10.10.10.2:8080

SSL is terminated on the F5 and F5 is sending unencrypted traffic to the pool members.
