i rule query
can someone please share the meaning of below syntax. what does it actually mean
[HTTP::uri] contains "/!1." [HTTP::uri] contains "/!3."

Basically, it compares two strings. No wildcards, no regex. So the first one if looking for "/!1." in the URI. The second is looking for "/!3." in the URI.
Is that what you're looking for? A bit more code would help somewhat...

It is examining the uri - The first instance is looking for anything that has a slash "/" but NOT followed by a "1."
The second instance is looking for a slash, but NOT followed by a "3."
