I have issue when using applaction chat with f5 swg proxy transparent

Hi Everyone, I have issue when using applaction chat with f5 swg proxy transparent when I try to test I meet the issue is http profile on virtual server port 443 but I must use http profile on virtual server port 443, Do you have any solution for this case ?

    If you are using a http profile on an SSL vip, you need need to terminate SSL in some fashion, either with a client profile, or with a client and server profile. That said, what is the issue exactly you are seeing?

    It looks like you might have an issue with SSL Intercept/decryption function of SWG. In that case, you need to build either a custom category or else match on a particular hostname/URL and disable SSL Intercept in the Per-Request Policy in order to make that application work. Not all web-based applications allow for SSL Intercept to work, which is one of the reasons you have ability to turn off SSL Intercept on as-needed basis
