I got blade 4 powered DOWN message on VIPRION 4400
Hi, I’m Aaron. I got messages on 8th Oct as below.
Oct 8 14:32:05 slot4/hostname err clusterd[4022] : 013a0009:3: Blade 4: blade 2 powered DOWN. Oct 8 14:32:05 slot4/hostname err clusterd[4022] : 013a0009:3: Blade 4: blade 3 powered DOWN. Oct 8 14:32:05 slot4/hostname err clusterd[4022] : 013a0009:3: Blade 4: blade 4 powered DOWN. Oct 8 14:32:06 slot4/hostname notice clusterd[4022] : 013a0010:5: Blade 4: blade 2 powered up. Oct 8 14:32:06 slot4/hostname notice clusterd[4022] : 013a0010:5: Blade 4: blade 3 powered up.
As you see, blade 4 did show ‘powered Down’ but didn’t show ‘powered up’ message. And then servers connected to blade 4 didn’t work(specifically performance was absolutely low so I could not use this machine.)
Can you guys tell me what the message ‘blade powered Down’ and what the effect of it is? And I want to know how I can solve this problem.
Thanks. I’m waiting for any kind of help.

First highly recommend if this happens more than once or an active production device to open a case with F5 support.
Can you share the software version you are running? Also able to share any other info or more of the logs?

Please provide below command output:

Suggest you open a ticket with vendor too.

Software version is BIG-IP 10.2.4 Hotfix 13 and I know that it is EOSD(End of Software Development) so now I think I can't open this case.
Model of this machine is VIPRION 4400 and symptoms(all the servers connected to blade 4 had a problem that response time was later than usual about 1~3 more second.) only happen on the blade 4.
