Hyper-V Internal Network
I have this configuration in the picture attached. Forgive the crude drawing. Basically I created an internal network so the F5 Management and a windows box could be on it's own network. The windows box and the host can ping each other - but neither can find the F5 management ip.
If I config the box to have our internal network subnet on it - I can ping it, get to the management http interface, but I cannot configure it because it's on the same subnet as the servers I'm trying to load balance.
Do I have this wrong? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

- you checked all the usual things, subnet mask, interface up, IP conflict, ...? what exactly is the host? can you ping from the management interface to the windows system?

I could not ping the management interface from anything. I later found that it seemed to be a binding issue with the NIC and the IP. Even though it appears to be configured correctly, I manually bound the IP to the virtual adapter and it magically started working. Everything is good now - marching on!
