So now the task at hand is to set up SSL offloading I have the cert & profile all set up, but now I need to redirect the incoming HTTPS request to HTTP with a new URI. Any ideas ?

CirrocumulusLooks like you just need the pool members to be configured on port 9704 and port translation will occur automatically. In this case you just need a client ssl profile on the virtual server.
