MVPis the url http:// or https://?
if it is http:// then it means the pool member is h2c (http2 without tls)
you can verify in curl using "--http2-prior-knowledge", e.g. "curl -vk --http2-prior-knowledge http://abc.def.com/..."

f5 provides http/2 monitor profile with and without ssl/tls.
