HTTPS monitor with client authentication
Hi everyone,
I'm trying to set up a monitor to just check SSL handshake between LTM (client) and a server listening on port 443. Server is using client authentication so it is requesting a certificate from LTM as well. See attached capture.
I've been browsing through the documentation and the online solutions but I haven´t got a clear idea of how to set it up.
To start with: * What kind of monitor should it be?, HTTPS? * Do I need a certificate/key pair from server uploaded to LTM?
Thanks in advance, moog67

The built-in HTTPS monitor will allow you to use an imported client certificate and private key. Aside from that it functions the same as the HTTP monitor, so you'll be making an HTTP request (after the SSL handshake) and looking for an HTTP response.
