HTTPS Health Monitor to Rackspace
Hi,
We're trying to establish an HTTPS health monitor which will reside on our External GTM to Rackspace. The URL that we're being given has a login to a portal which will do some backend database queries to check the full path before giving a reply. The F5 doesn't host the cert/key combo at this point, but Im thinking it should, in order to read the Receive string correct? Doing some captures, Im getting a 400 bad request. Looks like this;
GET https://sample-q.net HTTP/1.1\r\n\r\n 302 Found
We have the username and password in those fields as well, but the "Client Cert" and "Client Key" are blank.....do I need these?

The client certificate and key would only need to be specified if the remote server is using cert/key to authenticate the GTM.
The fact that you're getting an HTTP 400 response tells me that SSL isn't the problem. It has to do with your send string or receive string. Can you post your HTTPS monitor config?
