https and i rule

I have a irule set up for http traffic useragent to be looked from HTTP header.   My questions is will it impacts https traffic in following scenario.??   No ssl offloading on LTM.   Here ...

Correct, you won't have visibility of the http payload so this irule will not be able to do anything with encrypted https traffic.
