HTTP URL Rewriting

Hi,

 

I was wondering if it is possible to rewrite URLs 'on-the-fly' with BIGIP. Redirection is not what I need, i.e. the client has to go to http://www.f5.com and I have to rewrite that URL to http://192.168.0.1/f5. Or, more simply, to send that request to 192.168.0.1 with /f5 as path.

 

Is it possible? How can it be done?

    You can set the new URI by passing in the value to HTTP::uri. Please check search the forum for examples. Here is the syntax.
