HTTP to HTTPS

Is there something which will reroute HTTP to HTTPS. i.e., if the user types in HTTP://, can the BigIP LTM redirect it to HTTPS://?

Yes there is a built in iRule the will redirect the user from HTTP to HTTPS. You can also check out the following Wiki page
