Does it only fail with the iRule applied?

 

 

After you apply the iRule, open a "tail" of the LTM log at the BIG-IP shell command line: tail -f /var/log/ltm

 

Try the test again and see if the log reports anything. The iRule is mostly harmless but you may have some formatting issues from the copy and paste.

 

 

One more thing:

 

I tried this all the way to having fiddler running and saw that it had 30x redirect

 

 

If it truly is JUST a 30x redirect, then you don't need the iRule. Just enable Redirect Rewrite in the VIP's HTTP profile. The "matching" setting usually works, but you can also try "all".
