HTTP Service Profile is Missing - Cannot Create New HTTP Profile

I am experiencing some very bizarre behavior, and hope somebody can help me before I go crazy!

 

I am running a standalone LTM, version 10.2.4. Under Local Traffic, when I select Profiles > Services > HTTP, there are no HTTP profiles. Furthermore, when I try to create a new HTTP Profile, I receive the following error message:

 

"General database error retrieving information."

 

When I use the console and browse to profile_base.conf, where the profiles are stored, the default HTTP Profile shows up like it should. The rest of the profiles work just fine (FTP, RTSP, RADIUS, etc). It seems that only my HTTP Profiles are broken.

 

Does anyone have any ideas? I have grepped the log files and don't see any mention of this error message.
