HTTP monitor that sends a message to a server that is looking for the word "OPTIONS"

I want to create an HTTP monitor that sends a message to a server that is looking for the word "OPTIONS"   and keeps the monitor up by receiving a 200 ok. Can anyone assist?

Hi, I understood you need this:

Send String: 

OPTIONS / HTTP/1.1\r\nHost: yoursite.domain.com\r\nConnection: close\r\n\r\n

Receive String: 

200 OK
