How user is identified and restricted from multiple bookings?

If we try to book lot of tickets from same IP - booking is not allowed.

 

It means Load Balancer will identify the Source IP and then restrict the number of ticket bookings.

 

But actually Load Balancer performs the SNAT which simply hides the User IP.

 

So How user is identfied and restricted from multiple bookings?

    Is your booking application able to read the X-Forwarded-For header?

     

    If so, the application would be able to see the original client IP address.
