Use the "tmm --clientciphers" command, and as its operand enclose the clientssl profile's cipher string in single-quotes:

tmm --clientciphers 'DEFAULT:!SSLv3:!RC4:!DHE:!DES-CBC3-SHA:!ECDHE-RSA-DES-CBC3-SHA'
