HTTP/2 is experimental in 11.6.0:
"HTTP 2.0 (experimental) Profile
Local Traffic functionality now includes an HTTP/2 profile type that you can use to manage HTTP/2 traffic, improving the efficiency of network resources while reducing the perceived latency of requests and responses. The Local Traffic HTTP/2 profile enables you to achieve these advantages by multiplexing streams and compressing headers with Transport Layer Security (TLS) or Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) security. Note that subsequent versions of the HTTP/2 protocol might be incompatible with this release. The HTTP 2.0 specification is currently in a draft phase (draft 13)."
I found this documentation for 11.6.0:
The release notes for 12.0.0 does no says that HTTP/2 is now final/stable, but this devcentral link says that it is:
https://devcentral.f5.com/questions/http2-is-it-still-experimental-in-v1200
As you can see in the initial text from 11.6.0 release notes, it may not work with future version, and some users report that does not work with the new browser versions in the above link.
So, better you update to 12.0.0 or above. Here is the documentation for 12.0.0 about HTTP/2:

V11.6.0 supports, experimentally, a draft standard of HTTP/2, which recent browsers no longer support since HTTP/2 specification became official.
