how to use ip to direct url

i got a website than will serve in different country by country a >> country b >>   due to safety i cant access to the main control panel of the website, therefore i can only create stand alone...

Are you looking GEO IP based redirection like if IP comming india move url http://abc.com/aa and if IP from US ..move url to http://abc.com/bb
