How to rename an ASM policy or other tricks

Hi,     I can't find a way to rename a policy after its importation via import method or during import method, and then re-apply it !   - Is there a way to do it by IControl assembly / iContr...

It's not possible to rename a web application in ASM via the GUI, so I can't see how it could be possible to do via iControl. You could create a new HTTP class with ASM enabled and then copy the policy from the old web application to the new one. This assumes that both web apps have the same language encoding.
