Hello :
I am looking for a solution to prevent from the hot linking /bandwidth stealing .
I belive this can be done by irule . Is there someone can input a basic idea /logic except using referer header ?

If there is more then one domain that need to link to your domain then create a match class, it will make it easer to add and remove domains. From there you can just drop or reject the request or you can change the picture to something else. But if bandwidth is something you are worried about I would use the reject or drop. Note with the Drop the BigIP does not send a rest packet back to the client so the client will just wait till it timeout from the request.
