Have u tried below

tmsh show ltm virtual detail | egrep "Virtual Server: | Destination | Ltm::Pool: | Ltm::Pool Member: " | grep -v "Destination IP Bypasses" | sed 's/Ltm:://g;s/|//g;s/Destination\s*/Destination/g'
