How to import exchange 2013 template to configure VIP via Iapps

Firstly, you need version 11 or above to use iAPPs, as iApps were introduced in version 11. Secondly, the unit should have already a large list of iApp templates, including the one for Microsoft Exchange.

 

Anyway, you should update the iApp for the latest version, before create the iApp application. Here is the link that provide information about the latest version, and how to download and install the latest version.
