how to handle redirects

I have a web application I would like to put behind a F5 VIP, Dell/EMC DataIQ. When you go to port 443 of the app, it redirects the user to port 30003 for the user to login via the built-in security...

i would say two virtual IPs, one on port 443, one on port 30003.
