How to get pool member?

Is there a way to get pool member of gtm?

 

I'm looking for a way to build an iApp which can change value of ratio for certain pool member of GTM. I found a way to get pool name but no luck for the pool member.

    Through tmsh you could get the pool members via:

     

    tmsh list ltm pool members
