How to get an alert through BIG IQ if the device goes in Standby/Standby state

Hello Team, In our environment we encountered a challenging issue where both the LBs in a cluster ( device group ) went to standby / standby state.

 

My objective is how to get an alert from BIG IQ when the devices in group are in standby/standby state.

 

Could you please guide me with the steps to followed on BIG IQ for accomplishing my objective?
