How to forward traffic to new server when connection reach threshold on current server.

My server performance was limited. I want to forward traffic to new server when concurrent connection reach 1000 on current server. How to setup or create iRule for this situation?

Can't you use a connection limit per node? Maybe with priority groups or ratios
