How to disconnect all network access sessions a set time of day.

I've been searching for a way to kill all network access sessions at 2am each day and haven't been able to find the solution. I'd rather not use the 'max session timeout' on the access policy because I can't control when the session starts and can't afford to terminate it during business hours. Any help would be much appreciated!
