how to configure Virtual Server without source address translation?

Hallo, im newbie with F5.

 

i want to load balance 2 server with virtual server.

 

example :

 

Client : 10.10.10.3 VS : 10.200.100.2 Pool Member :a. 10.200.1.2 b. 10.200.2.2 self IP : 10.200.100.20

 

i tried create VS with source address translation set with "automap" and success load balance this pool member.from pool member side, records traffic source address from self ip 10.200.100.20 (this is because using automap)

 

but, i want the pool members records traffic with source address from origin address(10.10.10.3). how to configure VS without source address translation?
