How to check license expiry.
I have APM, LTM, AVR, AAM licenses activated. I want to check whether they are perminant licenses or they will expire.
tmsh show /sys license
Doesn't show start and End date. It just shows licensed on. Does this mean that my licenses are forever and they will not expire?

Hi Muhammad, I guess, there is no licenses expiry date for F5 hardware box but support contract will expire. If you have valid support contract then F5 will help you to fix issue or replace box.

The licences are perpetual and, rather, its the service check date (seen from the output of the same command above) which is more important. This identifies whether the bigip is in support and is required to be updated prior to updating the tmos version, for example. Once out of support you will be limited to what version you can upgrade to.
So a bigip licence won't expire, it's just that you will have no support options or limited upgrade options once your support contract has expired.
I'm not a licensing expert so hope this is accurate.
