How to check if load balancing method(ratio) on GTM is actually happening

Hello, We are load-balancing 2 LTM VIPs on GTM with ratio 1:1, but looks like one of the VIP is taking lesser traffic. Is there anyway to check: 1.) The ratio is actually working 2.) If the load balancing method is not working, can we pinpoint the issue?

Does the GTM send more requests to the VIP that is working fine even though the ratio is 1:1?

Note: we experienced some latency issues with the servers a few days back.
