How to add cache-control HTTP header to the redirection response with value "no-cache"

With rollout of IE 10 to our workstations we encounter a problem with redirections performed on load balancer. After opening website on one window when we open another tab , and type same website address Browser freezes and no redirection occurs. To prevent this we have to add cache-control HTTP header to the redirection response with value "no-cache". I have tried with few irules but none is working, please help.
