How many TCP connections are formed with SNAT & without SNAT ?

How many TCP connections are formed in below connectivity ?

 

Connectivity : Client ------ Load Balancer ------- Servers

 

Case 1 - SNAT is enabled on Load Balancer Case 2 – SNAT is not enabled on Load Balancer

    In both scenario's two.

     

    One client side tcp connection and one server side connection.
