There is a situation where it is allowed to negotiate a TLS v1 session.
How can I restrict TLS negotiation to minimum TLS v1.2. How to encounter any client issues if we do that ?

Cirruschange the ciphers allowed in the ssl profile....
test afterwards using all potential client browsers...
