Is there a script which can trigger every one cpu usage and memory usage via email

The Application Visibility and Reporting (AVR) module can provide the info you are looking for, just need to provision.
CPU and Memory stats can be found under Statistics ›› Analytics where you can export reports and send via email, as long as SMTP configuration has been applied.
However scheduling is only available in TMOS 13.0.0 and above I think.

Alternatively I would look at an external monitoring and report solution, the F5 BIG-IP is at its heart a Linux device so monitoring basic CPU and Memory can be done same way as any other Linux Server (I would avoid putting any active software directly on the F5 devices though).
