Hello,
the customer has multiple server and services ftp,smtp,pop3,dns,http,https,imap on each servers
Existing Topology ;
isp network <<--> customer firewall<->switch<<<->>> servers
servers has real ip addresses and dns points these ip addresses.
how can i deploy F5 without change ip address on servers and Dns records

You can utilize vip bounceback in the same l2/l3 network, or you can bridge between two l2 networks while utilizing one l3 network. Pros & Cons to both, but they both work. Consult the Implementations Manuals in the Setting up a One-IP Network Topology. - zafer

i attached the topology
i had two vip
vip1 0.0.0.0/0.0.0.0:0 type standart
vip2 0.0.0.0/0.0.0.0:0 type layer 2 forwarding
pool is server ip :*
it didnt work on customer site and im doing test at office now but it seems work
does f5 support this topology
and you said to use 1 ip network topology but we dont want change ip address on server and dns record because server has alotof services dns mail http for that we dont want change configuration
what do you think?
