What you need to do is to make the iRule respond with some HTML content that the browser will handle in the fashion you describe. Here's a really simple example:

when HTTP_REQUEST {
   HTTP::respond 200 content {
      
      
         
            
            
         
         
            The page has moved to:
            this page
         
      
   }
}
