The one using 4.1 & 2 is showing a steady increment to its pkts drop
if the number is significant, you may try to run eud.

by the way, for network latency issue, i think it may be helpful to capture packet (both clientside and serverside) and see where the delay is introduced.

- dan_03_140075Apr 28, 2014Nimbostratusthanks nitass. packet captures are part of my investigation. i am looking for technical information regarding the hidden interfaces and trunks. need to understand them before deciding what to do next in terms of their relevance.
- dan_03_140075May 01, 2014NimbostratusContacted F5 support and was advised the packet drops required further diagnostics via EUD. Turns out technical information about these interfaces are not released. In my case the interfaces are connected to the switch board via network cable, so needs checking.
