Help with match condition for Policy

Hello,

I want to implement a Policy to redirect HTTP requests without any Path to a specific URI, for example: "http://www.xyz.com/" to "http://www.xyz.com/)/web/com/index.html". Looking at the Conditions section of the rule I am not able to find the correct syntaxt to do this. I mean, I understand how to redirect "http://www.xyz.com/anything/"to "http://www.xyz.com/web/com/index.html" but not just "http://www.xyz.com/"or "http://www.xyz.com".

¿Is there a way to do this (without iRule)?
