Hi,
I have a client who wished to have the health check managed by checking for a healthcheck file (healthcheck.html) which contains a single string "available".
Could this be achievable and how?

Yes, this is achievable. See this document:

Point the 'Send String' to the healthcheck.html location and use the 'Receive String' to check for the 'available' message.
