Health monitor to multiple websites

If you are trying to have a single Virtual Server serving traffic for four different websites then I would look to setup four Pools, one per website, with a simple HTTP or HTTPS monitor per pool.

Then in your virtual server you need to create a 

Local Traffic Policy
forwarding traffic to the correct Pool based on HTTP Hostname and/or HTTP URI.
