Health monitor for 10.2 does not work

I have a send string of   GET /lsta/general/forgetPassword.htm HTTP/1.0\r\n\r\n   and receive string as 200 OK . When i use this health monitor it marks the pool down.   Any ideas?

What happens if you test to the pool member from the bigip with curl? (-0 is HTTP 1.0)

 

This might identify an issue.

 

e.g. curl -0
